(March 2, 2019, 4:52 pm)This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean!. The high speed internet actually works, the TV is big, the bed comfortable. The bathroom is really huge and super clean.

(February 16, 2019, 9:33 am)Clean and updated rooms, good service, quiet, and the breakfast is alright. Prices are great! I'm usually very picky about hotels, and have never had a single issue in the three times I've stayed here. And it's definitely the nicest Best Western I've seen. Feels more like a Hilton or Marriott without the high prices.

(January 25, 2019, 1:36 pm)Was lucky enough to stay at the Best Western Premier. What a gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff. The room and facilities were clean and spacious. The employees truly cared that my stay was a pleasant one. I did a lot of paper work downstairs on their big table in the side lobby and watched tv. The staff invited me to do so. It was comfortable and homey. I had the breakfast a couple of the days and it was very nice. I had drinks at the bar along with a little food. All was perfect and the staff friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Katy.

(January 21, 2019, 6:58 am)Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for two nights and everything was astoundingly pleasant! TLDR: GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT!!! The bed is extremely comfortable; I actually even tried to lift the mattress to see what the hell mattress they use to make it feel like you’re sinking into a deep soft fluffy dream (but it was too heavy unfortunately). Room might be small for some people but the ambience is great, sofa bed is nice and comfy (I actually chose this hotel because of how MODERN and SLEEK the rooms look without charging you a hefty fee). Bathroom is beautiful with good lighting so I didn’t look extra ugly!! (We got a king suite hoping it would have the shower with sliding door but we got a regular shower with curtain instead, but that’s not a problem!!) Now my FAVORITE part about this place gotta be the breakfast and pool. Very clean pool, not crowded at all, and hot tub is GREAT. Breakfast was very tasty (surprisingly!) and staffs are friendly!!(especially the kitchen staffs; the men were very kind and polite). I did not find any negatives during my stay, and would definitely come back next time I visit Houston. Had one of the best time of my life with my date, and loved every second of it! GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!! I’m glad I chose it after HOURS of looking at hotel reviews online!!
