(March 8, 2019, 10:39 am)I highly recommend this place. I've been an avid gym rat for a very long time. I was struggling to find the time and motivation to get the conditioning I needed to lean out. The trainers all push you in their own way, which is exactly what I needed. My fitness level overall has increased tremendously over the last several months. Even though I am not lifting weights as frequently as I used to, my strength has not suffered. I can't recommend this place enough. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

(December 11, 2018, 10:58 pm)THE BEST! I started going to 9Round two weeks ago. Being a previous Division 1 athlete and having a baby I am certainly not in any kind of shape. I was hesitant to check out the gym but I wanted something that was 30 minutes, kicks my a&* and gets me out the door. 9Round is exactly that. Great great trainers. I have worked with Logan, Alan, and Gwen and they are all phenomenal. They all work differently and push you in their own way which I really enjoy. They are not crazy in your face but they definitely push you to get the best workout for you. If you are hesitant about trying it, give them a call and they will recommend you to come in and do a workout on them to see if it is something you would enjoy. It is incredibly fun as well....I go 4 times a week starting off, but being two and a half weeks in can already feel a difference! Thanks 9Round! You also have to meet Artie who owns the gym, hilarious guy and just a great person!
