When we finally decided to call for help, many companies would not give me pricing over the phone. Bayside gave me an upfront price, over the phone and they were able to send someone out right away. Like us, the technician had trouble finding the clog using a snake, but he was able to rely on experience, locate it through other means and resolve it quickly. Everyone I spoke to was nice and professional. Thank you, Bayside, for turning our frustration into a positive experience.
