  They were nice, very professional and the shop was very clean. They worked until after close so that i could have my car back the same day. Now feels brand new. And i will be back!

  My brakes started making terrible grinding sounds last night. I called Discount Inspection and Brake when they opened at 8am this morning. Len, the manager, answered and was very courteous. He said no appointment was needed as they see brake issues as quickly as possible. I arrived just before 9am and left about two hours later. Len checked on me as I was waiting several times offering me drinks and snacks but what was really going the extra mile was the small talk (which didn’t last long as he was busy working). His care and concern as a human being was much appreciated. Len was very clear in explaining the issues with my brakes and gave us great pricing. As I drove home, there was an obvious difference in my car’s braking. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or results. I highly recommend Len, his team, and Discount Inspection and Brake at 2606 East Sam Houston Parkway.

  Great place!!! This was my first time there. Got an oil change and car inspection. Fast service, great atmosphere, great price. Employees are very friendly. Thank you Len and Candice. ????????

  I came Here to change the alignment on the tire unfortunately on my way here I came across a nail that caused my tire to go flat although I had to postpone getting the alignment done one of the gentleman that works for Len, Steve, Was kind enough to change the tire to the spare so I’ll be able to at least drive down to discount tire around the corner this is my first time here and I will have to say that I’m very impressed definitely good people and it doesn’t hurt that this place is right off the freeway it’s good location the mechanic is very clean and it they have nice sitting area outside as well.

  Great customer and vehicle care. They were very efficient and I didn't have to worry about things like smudges after service. Also, I received a text 2 days later asking if I was satisfied with the service. Great touch. The first time I have ever experienced that type of pride in a repair shop. Highly recommend this shop.
