  I've never been great with fixing my credit up until this past year. When I called and spoke with Syed Pasha, he reassured me there were several options to choose from that we could try and he made me feel so at ease during the entire process. Amidst my embarrassing past with finances, I set my life straight so I would increase my chances on this loan. Well, I got approved for my personal loan the same day I applied, have boosted my credit score with my payment plan(he broke everything down for me step-by-step), and I've even gotten a new car recently!!! Syed is extremely professional and courteous beyond words. I simply cannot thank him enough for talking me through every possible scenario. My experience has been nothing but extraordinary with this bank and their staff. They never fail to greet me and my calls are always answered promptly. If you need to fix your credit or get a great loan, this is the branch and guy you need to see. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

  Love this location! Staff is super friendly and helpful always make me feel welcomed by greeting every single time I come in! I don’t ever have to wait to long that’s definitely a plus!

  This office is awesome!!!! The best customer service !! I work for a company that uses Wells Fargo so I come here quite often. I am with BBVA but these people are so great I am switching and will drive from Jersey Village with no hesitation to this location. Thank you for your kindness and making my day every time I come in.
