So, finding a place to live has gotten tougher in the past few years. Especially if you're a dog lover. Either insanely high deposits, or just flat out refusal to even consider you. So I punched in "rent houses in Houston" and I got a pretty good list of homes, and reached out to the realtors who were "assigned" to those house.

Matthew was the only one to take the time to personally call me, and that meant so much to me, to hear a person's voice on the other end, instead of yet another robot. Another surprise to me was Matthew actually took the time to get to know me, rather than just skip straight to the business end. It feels reminiscent of an older time, where a salesman knew his clientele personally, and would be able to judge their needs before even they knew what they needed.

Matthew was a godsend! He worked so hard for us (my wife and I) to find us the perfect house to move into! He went and scouted out properties for us, completed as much paperwork as he could on our behalf so we could move quicker if we needed to, everything he could have done was done with such promptness, that I was almost drowning in potential houses to rent within the first week! It was astounding how efficient, prompt, and above all else, friendly Matthew was during the whole process.

Matthew has a customer for life in me, and I see no reason to use anyone else, and I fully intend to go to him on my next hunt for a home. Give him a call, he'll treat you right!
