Dr. Agulair and all the staff in the office are extremely nice and go out of their way to help anyone. Dr. Agulair was a very nice woman with excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable and thorough. I was originally worried about my appointment because I did have a lot of trouble getting through to the office by phone. It is a newer facility and for some reason IT has not gotten the phone system worked out. I have had no trouble getting in touch with the office since my appointment and was given a patient portal access to all information and a messaging system that works both directions. Messages are responded to in a timely manner as well. If you are a new patient trying to get through via phone I recommend trying to call when they first open as this has been the only time of day that we were able to get through.
I don’t know why so many people glare giving her negative reviews. Today was my first time seeing her and I am more than happy. I’ll admit she isn’t the peppy type, but she gets the job done! She looked at everything in my chart, ordered more labs for my Hashimotos than any other doctor ever has, and even offered me help to jump start my weight loss since plateauing. She took the time to explain my conditions, the tests needed, and all of my options. She is wonderful and I will return!
