Ally Medical Emergency Room - Spring

I was a walk-in this past Sunday July 31 at approximately 11:45am and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. After completing the necessary paperwork I was taken back to a treatment room and the medical team members there were excellent.

They listened to my concerns, did all the necessary lab on-site and treated me while I was there as well!

I am recovering nicely, and along with the good Lord, I attribute my continued healing to the great care given me from the nurses to the ER doctor. I am beyond appreciative at how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable they all were!

This emergency room has been by far the best experience i’ve ever had in my 22 years of living! From beginning to end. I was serviced very quickly and kindly by Darlene & she gave me the paperwork which took all of 2 mins to fill out. I was able to go to the back no later than 5 mins after filling out my paperwork which was the fastest i’ve been serviced…like quicker than Zaby’s by far! My ER Tech Luisa was a gem, escorted me to my room which was very clean & she took my vitals and everything & she didn’t rush me with questions, brief and easy! I was greeted by Cathy she was very nice, full of joy and laughter which made me way more comfortable because I could laugh! My nurse Bill was amazing as well he did my IV which I hate needles not scared of them but get woozy looking at them but he kept making sure I wasn’t going to pass out on him or anything so I greatly appreciated this visit. My Doctor provided me with the info I needed as well so Overall best experience I’ve ever had medically! I do wish these kind souls the best!

Arrived 7:30 pm at appointment time and the lobby was clear. The front desk person kindly greeted me, took my personal information, and insurance information. Just as quickly, I was whisked to an exam room for triage. I was then greeted by a nurse and an assistant, the ER Doctor and radiology tech. Quickly administered an IV and was on my way to be treated. The caring staff were professional and prepared for my complex medical history and treated me with compassionate care. I left after about 3 hours feeling much better than when I arrived! I would recommend and definitely go back if my needs are medically urgent and emergency care was needed. I am grateful that they took great care of me!

I am so grateful for the absolute, genuine kindness of the people at Ally Medical. I came in on crutches and the receptionist asked me to sit and said she would come to me. I was astonished! She also offered to bring my husband an I something to drink! Not just water but an electrolyte infused goodness! A different nurse wheeled me into my big lovely room and helped to ease my concerns about my possible scary condition. She was funny, generous and empathetic and continued to be through out my visit. When Dr. Thomas came in he was open about the cost and procedures every step of the way. Their prices are so perfect for us and their charging system is simple and very easy to understand. Many other people came and helped us throughout our stay and every single one of them were compassionate and sincere. Ally Medical is someplace that I will go again and tell everyone about!! They made a potentially bad and frightening situation into something comfortable and even pleasant. I am truly thankful.

My son and I went to Ally and received amazing service. The facility is very clean and everything is spaced well for social distancing. The staff, nurse Patricia, techs Joe and Luisa work so effectively together. Everyone was amazing, super friendly and nice. NP Dam answered all my questions and also addressed any concerns my son had. He was so attentive to detail and put us both at ease that we knew we were in good hands. I am a few days outfrom my visit and am recovering quickly. We will return for future medical needs.
