  I wish I could give more than 5 stars to ....I've been to every big name gym you can think of a lot of small ones too. I can honestly say NONE of them can compare to Blast Mobile Fitness. The coaches/ trainers there genuinely care about you. They want you to succeed and they celebrate with you when you do. This isn't your typical group fitness, it's a family. Whether you're a beginner or been working out your whole life you're treated like family from day one. I've always had a hard time gaining weight and in almost a year I've put on 15lbs of muscle. I've never had those results ever! I'm in better shape now in My late 30s than I was at 19 running track in college. My wife used to hate working out and she's lost 60 lbs in a little over a year and she absolutely loves working out now. So do our kids! From, weight training, to cardio, to boot camp, to yoga, nutrition & meal planning, Blast has it all and the price is unbeatable. Come try it out for a couple weeks, there's an awesome introductory deal no strings attached, I almost certain you'll get hooked!

  I love Blast because I get the feeling of having a personal trainer but in a small group setting. Kelli is an amazing trainer and truly loves what she does at Blast. Amy and Skyler also make Blast what it is. These 3 are the perfect balance for all of the beautiful people who walk though the doors. And without a doubt, they carw about everyone and their safety and health. And it also helps that the classes are fun and the atmosphere is always inviting and encouraging. I have found my fit family and I'm never leaving!

  BLAST MOBILE FITNESS is like no other gym in a Very good way!! They offer group classes where All levels & ages are welcome,guys & girls. I can't say enough about the owner Kelli Barrett & her staff of qualified instructors that not only choreograph their own workouts but constantly supervise & mentor our progress to be sure its done correctly to avoid injury. It's fun to walk in and see what we'll do each day within the weekly scheduled workouts. (M leg day, T spin, W arm day, T ropes, F yoga 530 a.m. schedule for example) Who knew I could lift weights? Master a spin class? This team does. They care about each member & listen to what we want in a class too. They are my Blasty gym family. I'm two years in and only loving it more. Try it!

  I joined in January of 2016 and it was the best choice I made all year!! I have lost over 25 lbs and lost 22 inches working with Kelli. The other members are friendly and you aren't just joining a gym but a fitness family. The other trainers, Amy and Skylar are amazing and so inspiring as well!
