  I have been working out at Lifted for the past 4 weeks now, and I cannot say enough good things about this place, and my trainer, Vince. I have had trainers in the past but none that actually get me to enjoy heading in to workout. Most of the exercises Vince has me do are new to me, but challenge me, and I just feel amazing after. I can already see a difference after 4 weeks.
  The owners, Bryan & Tory are awesome, and the gym is beautiful, and just has a laid back, friendly, home feel to it. Seriously could not ask for a better gym and trainer. Hands down - they are the best in The Woodlands area.

  If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This gym is everything a personal training studio should be. They have incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated trainers that are committed to helping you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. They advise you not only on weights and cardio, but also design custom diets to help you achieve the best results. The trainers are top notch - and so friendly. They will tailor training plans to all levels of fitness and age. The facility itself is amazing. Super clean, with everything you need for an awesome workout. The outdoor turf field is a bonus on beautiful days! They offer meals on the go, and Saturday boot camps. What is not to love?!? Try them out, ask for Bryan, I promise you will not be disappointed!

  LIFTED is an awesome gym with incredible trainers who truly care about their clients. It is an immaculately kept facility with everything you need to get a great workout. I have personally worked out with Bryan Chevalier for over 9 years and have always felt I am in the best possible hands to achieve my goals. The level of true compassion he has for his clients is nothing short of amazing! Check out this gym! You will be hooked immediately, I am sure!

  Love this gym! The trainers and all of their clients are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The workouts are tough but I always enjoy it and leave feeling great! I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to get a great workout in a friendly and motivational atmosphere.

  Lifted is the best gym I've ever trained at (and I've trained at most gyms in this area). The owners love what they do, are super knowledgeable and genuinely care for each client. This gym is a true launch pad to achieving goals faster and smarter while being a part of an amazing gym family!
