    The customer service was good, I had help with every question that I had. When I was having trouble finding something in the store there was always a worker near by for me to ask for help. Checking out was fast, my cashier asked me how my shopping went, we had a nice small conversation before I left the store.

    One of my favorite stores. Huge selection of unique gifts, diy projects, and crafts. Competitive and reasonable prices

    Awesome store. Much better than the other location ive been to. Much more cleaner and organized. Only issue is I couldn't find any employees to help. They were only in the front at the register

    They have just about anything you could want but they can be pricey. Parking can be spotty especially during the holidays. Moving around inside the store can be a little difficult as well. Some of the isles are narrow and there are some funky turns. Check out is usually easy.

    Helpful and knowledgeable staff always ready to help find things or make solid suggestions. Watch for post holiday deals!

    I love this store. Even over the new one that was just built. Their inventory is better. Looks like their sales are more current and broader. Love their coupons! Michaels is awesome!
