(April 9, 2019, 7:13 pm)I would recommend this place to anyone. I arrived about 20mins early for my appointment and they were able to start looking at my car BEFORE my appointment time. Everyone is friendly and they took the time to explain everything and my options. They also dont take advantage of there customers, like so many other shops. They will recommend that you do something IF you need it done. They also gave me updates along the way. The only thing is, the office is really warm. So if you go wear cool clothes. But that is the only negative thing, which really isnt that bad. Everything else was great. I will be using their shop in the future.

(February 13, 2019, 7:13 pm)Thank you for providing professional, timely and affordable service. My appointment was at 4 and my car was pulled in the garage at 4 on the dot! The brake pad replacement cost nearly 65% less what I was quoted at another garage. Also, the office waiting area was clean, modern and smelled very nice. I highly recommend Northside Motors.

(January 3, 2019, 4:50 pm)By far the most trustworthy auto repair shop I've ever been to. Prices are reasonable compared to other places but the customer service is incomparable. Moe has helped me with basic questions about how my car works to questions I've had about possible vehicles I'd be purchasing. I had a problem with my fan clutch and could've easily fixed it while I was at college but I decided to wait until I could bring it to Moe because I knew it'd be 100% on great care.

You definitely feel like a valued customer coming here which is super important to me because I hate spending money places where the staff seem like they can care less this is definitely not that! I highly recommend it over chain auto shops! Pricing is fair and my parts were included.
