Me and my girls love Dr. Dianalan! She is so sweet and really cares about the girls. She remembers every visit and always makes sure I did what I was advised. (I'm a little scatterbrained as a single mama lol) Staff is usually super sweet to my girls and I! There are times the wait has been long, but that's due to Dr. D taking her time with her patients and making sure the parents are comforted! My coworker also takes her special needs daughter to Dr. D and she is extremely thorough! Many couldn't explain things, but Dr. D immediately sent her to specialist in their network and was sure advise why she felt that was best!
Very thorough and always cautious with my children. A great doctor and staff always willing to go the extra mile.
She is very helpful and thorough. She takes the time to answer any questions you have. My grandkids go to her and i could not be more pleased with her bed side manner.
This has been my youngest doctor since birth and he is now 9 years old. My older boys 12,18 attend here as well. I have had same day appointments morning and afternoon. I have only waited a long time only once in an afternoon appointment. I have gone in to take my oldest son and she remembers my youngest last appointments due to him wheezing as a infant. He is professional, polite, fast, knowledgeable, and I wouldn't change unless I moved far away. I decided to write a review that is long over due. This doctor is wonderful.
