  I was very pleased with my experience buying a new bed. Carl did an excellent job of explaining all the options according to my needs and budget. I have bought a number of beds in my lifetime and this was certainly the most pleasant. I left the store a happy customer and will be recommending him to family and friends. The delivery and set up went well also. The guys were friendly and efficient.

  I just received my mattress on yesterday and like some of the other reviews, my experience was absolute mind blowing. There was no pressure to make a purchase even though I knew exactly what I wanted (or at least I thought I did) when I went to the store. My sales person was Carl Boley, I must say he's very knowledgeable of his job, no pressure of trying to steer you away from what you thought you originally wanted. His explanations made all the difference. I am extremely pleased with my purchase as I have been in the past, this time I wanted to take the time to send a review of the excellent customer service that I received from this store (and Carl). The delivery folks were awesome as well!! Thank you again Carl for your excellent customer service and knowledge sharing which made for a better night sleep for me and my hubby. Be Blessed!!!

  Had a wonderful experience. Lesley Muir was the person who helped me. She was excellent. She took her time and presented all of the features of each mattress I was interested in. She was extremely knowlegeable and patient. I love both my new mattress and my adjustable bed frame. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend this store.
