Rocha's Pool Plaster

In love of our pool! Thank you Noe for our good experience. They are extremely fast and honest. They hear our requests and fix details if we requested.

I've used Rocha’s pool plaster to build a few of my pools when short on manpower and if I could, I would give Rocha’s Pool Plaster more than five stars if I could. I've observed them with my own eyes give their clients and me extra pumps free of charge, extra square feet of concrete free of charge, and additional water features free of charge. Things that I know (from personal experience) no other pool company will do and if you've had a pool installed or know someone who has a pool, knows it's not cheap. I think a lot of the client's frustration comes from the amount of time it takes to complete a job.

Just to be frank; all pool companies are the same. They leave the same mess, communication is the same and the amount of time to complete a project is the same; COVID has not helped either.

Gunite companies tell you they are showing up and don't. Pool contractors don't own the gunite companies, so when you get to this point of the construction phase it's basically out of your hands and all you can do is wait and hope the pool doesn't cave in. All gunite companies have a backlog all the way to November 2020 and when you call they can't give you an actual date; thanks to COVID.

Speaking of COVID, let's understand that pool construction has increased by 400% thanks to COVID and this also makes it hard to complete a job on time. It has made getting material on time a challenge because most of it is out of stock or on backorder and your client has to have that specific material; which is understandable as well.

The best advice that I can give anyone installing an inground pool is to first understand how long is it going to take. It's okay to agree on an end date and allow for some delays. Two, be patient and understanding. Take into consideration everything that can create delays such as the owner not being home to make critical decisions, the material on backorder, weather, having to work around other contractors the client hires to do work while your working.

Lastly, Installing an inground pool is the most difficult and stressful thing you can do aside from buying a house for the first time or buying your first car. It’s going to be frustrating because it’s a huge financial decision and Never really seen as a property investment. But, thanks to COVID; that has changed.
