The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is great! The events are really cool. They feed us great food and have awesome entertainment. ❤
I recently moved in, Donna is the absolute best leasing Agent ever. Prior to my move, I had lots of questions about parking and the fastest way to get to my apt. Donna walked me around the property and helped me figure out the fastest routes. When we would get back near the leasing office and I had another question, she would say no let’s go back. I’ll show you. She helped me map out every question I had. She was so attentive to my questions. I left without any concerns about anything thanks to Donna. She made my move easy. The community is beautiful, very clean. Excellent amenities inside the apartment and within the community. My overall experience was great. Thank you so much Donna !!
Love this Apartment! Clean, AMAZING staff! We LOVE Donna in the front office. They are great at planning interactive events in our clubhouse and we have food truck Wednesday every other Wednesday! No noise complaints, friendly neighbors, and modern homes!
Crescent Northpoint is definitely a place you can call home. I lived here for about a year and have nothing negative to say about this community.
Location: the location is very ideal, easy access to I-45 or Hardy and major shopping centers.
Staffs and Maintenance team: the office staffs are super helpful and friendly, I definitely have not had any negative experience with them. Maintenance team is very responsive, they took care of my issues very quickly.
Community: great neighbors, easy access to the garage, air conditioned hallways(definitely a plus). However, the reserved parking spots in the garage were a little unfair. Not that many people are leasing them, making them a waste of space when the garage is full at night.
Apartment Unit: beautifully design, very modern looking and lots of storage spaces. Definitely recommend the A4 floor plan for those who are looking to rent a single bedroom unit.
Security & safety: I can't really speak for others, but I've not encounter any problem while living here. The community seems very peaceful at night. Plus, they have a security guard monitoring the place at night. Fire alarm system is tested very often, more often than any of the previous places I've stayed in.
