They have many years of experience and helped me keep from making very costly mistakes that I otherwise would have. They were able to walk me through everything I needed to have taken care of prior to purchasing my hot tub. They delivered and setup on time and quickly, and made sure I knew what to do from that point on.

He has gone out of his way to deliver the spa to Bayou Vista and his men are great to work with. I would not go anywhere else to purchase products, Ronny will treat you great. He found and offered me a refurbished model with two years parts and labor. Looks and works like new. He ordered me a new cover and threw in a cover caddie for free! He took very good care of us. Ronnie shoots straight and always communicates honestly and clearly. I plan on buying from Island Mist and Ronnie again. Has all the parts and chemicals I need.! Thx Ronnie!
