  I am very happy and delighted with the experience I had with Hagen’s Automotive!
  They were accurate in the time that I would get
  my vehicle back, they called Enterprise Rental Car to pick my rental car at their business location.
  The price for repair was fair and everyone was extremely polite and even the parts delivery people greeted in my way in and in my way out as we were crossing paths.
  I thank their mechanics for a job well done and
  Jessica, the receptionist/office manager, for great assistance in the process!

  I feel like I am leaving my car with a close friend every time I take by. His care has made me comfortable that my 2006 car will get me where I want to go every time I get behind the wheel.

  I've used this automotive shop for years and find them to be fair-priced, honest, and reliable. They do excellent work. The owner is a hard worker I noticed. The shop is always busy with vehicle repair, which makes me feel confident that lots of work is good. People won't come to you if you don't give good service. Also, they are conveniently located for me.

  They did a excellent job on my Highlander. It’s driving very well. Hagen’s son loaned me a portable battery charger for my car. They truly care and will give you the honest truth about your vehicle. I will definitely come back.

  I highly recommend these guys. They are amazing, very experienced, and knowledgeable!!!... Fixed my vehicle's complicated electrical problem, with ease. All of the staff members are very nice, and eager to assist. Thank you Stephen, Jessica, and Randy!!!...

Hagen's Automotive is the most professional and honest shop I've used in Houston. They recently saved me $800 by alerting me to a misdiagnosis given by another local shop, and directed me to a dealer for a warranty repair.
