Went to work right away, no smart remarks, no huffing and puffing etc. etc.. The owner is wonderful and so are her technicians they are now my permanent appliance go to company. Their sticker is now inside my cabinet for easy access. Thank you all for making this a pleasant and easy experience for the 2nd time!!!!!!!!!

(June 1, 2016, 10:38 am)I've had these folks out to my house twice to repair my decrepit old oven. The same gentleman came out both times. He was on-time, kind, respectful, and did his work fast for a good price.
I will agree with some of the other reviewers that they need a better answering service because sometimes you get someone who is rude and others someone who is really nice. -
