  Have you ever had a friend tell you the horror story about building a pool. Well if you have, then you never heard of Aquascapes Pool and Spa. This was a worry free experience for my wife and I. Aquascapes came recommended to us from family friends of mine that also used them to install thier pool.
  First, I would like to say that you as a consumer must and should always do your do diligence when signing a contract with any company. You need to read the fine print and never leave things as "Did nt we talk about you doing this or that." Have it in writing. With that being said I asked for references and called each one. Some of the folks sent me pictures and disclosed the good and the bad of their experiences with Aquascapes obviously these homers had more good things to say than negative.
  Next, we waited until they where completely done with the family friends pool before moving forward. The reason was to see about service after the install. Ofcourse Aquascapes handled thing in straightforward manner and we felt very comfortable moving forward.
  We then begin to lay out the plan for our pool. Each step was handled with care and and very well thought out. Everytime I asked a question all I had to do was call James Isbell. James was the project manger for our pool he was NOT just a salesman that dump us off on some else. He handle thing in a very up front and honest manner.

  I can not say that things went exactly as planned but some of that was because of me. I didnt get the tree stump removed fast enough to keep up with the proection time and I caused a two day delay because of this dum stump. What I should have done was let Aquascapes handle the whole thing rather then try and save a hundred and some bucks.
  My cable line was cut even though we called it was only three inches underground the phone company xame out and fixed the same day. No expense to us.
  The tile guys put in the tile which looked amazing. A few days passed and two men came back fixed something because they didnt like the way it looked. Which i will say impressed me because it looked great the first time ( it was just one tile). I was very impressed. I was off of work and at home during most of the project. None of the installers cut any conners. They all did a stand up job.
  In all Aquascapes did a great job and we were very pleased with James Isbell. James was very professional and refreshing to work with.

  We highly recommend Aquascapes! We chose Aquascapes because of the professional presentation and the cost/value of the project. We are very happy with our choice. This company focuses on quality work and communication. There was so much rain during construction, but I was never anxious or worried about our pool project. Sean was always available (does he ever sleep?), and the crews they use are very prompt and respectful of our property. Now we have a beautiful pool and the confidence of a great relationship with Aquascapes for the future. We have built several pools/houses/etc in the past and this is one of the best experiences we have had with construction. Thank you!!

  This company is an amazing pool builders, enjoyed doing business with them, any concerns we had they always where there to explain and tell us all the information we needed. Also they were always on time, good communication skills with me and my wife, very professional. Highly recommend Mr. Walter Prescott. Very satisfied with his work and I get to enjoy my pool in the summers.

  We are very happy we went with Aquascapes! We received quotes from other pool companies and although we had some lower bids, we put our trust in them to do a better job. Sean was the designer and project manager and he really knows his stuff. He gave us that peace of mind that any family needs to guarantee that they'll use nothing but the best and wouldn't skip any corners. They also use an app for your phone that lets you know updates, pictures, and scheduling so you're always up to date. Everything turned out better than we expected and we love our new backyard paradise!
