My 94 year old mother is a resident at NorthGate Assisted Living - Tomball; her third such assisted living facility. I wish we had found them sooner.
NorthGate is more of a home than a facility. It’s size, and limited number of residents, results in a very high caregiver to resident ratio. And Mom is never more than a few steps from the nearest staff member vs. the long hallway away at previous large facilities.
NorthGate has an incredible team of knowledgeable and compassionate caregivers. Three of Mom’s visiting hospice nurses have each stated that NorthGate is one of the best facilities they have ever visited. That carries a lot of weight.
In addition to the phenomenal level of care Mom receives from the team at NorthGate, her family benefits from the peace of mind in knowing Mom is in such good hands. Mom can no longer thank NorthGate’s owners and caregivers on her own. So on behalf of her and her family, we are blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you.
My mom has been at Northgate for 1-1/2 years now and we couldn't be more pleased with her care. We love the small facility feel and one-on-one care she is receiving. The folks there really care about their residents and it shows. An elder care advisor recommended the place to us (saying this is where she'd want her mom to go), and I understand why - It is always sparkling clean, smells nice, and usually filled with the aromas of home cooked meals coming from the kitchen. We are so glad we found this place.
