(December 22, 2018, 2:37 pm)My first association with Ms. Bolton was to secure a divorce for my daughter. My plan was to secure a quick and inexpensive divorce. However, because of Ms. Bolton's knowledge of Texas divorce law she was able to not only handle the divorce for a very reasonable fee but also was able to secure spousal support for seven years for my daughter. I was so pleased with Ms. Bolton's work on the divorce that I retained her services to prepare my Last Will & Testament and set up a Trust for my daughter to protect her inheritance. Again, Ms. Bolton's knowledge of Texas estate law was very helpful in defining the trust and preparing all the documents necessary to settle an estate. I would and do refer friends and family to Ms. Bolton.

(December 12, 2018, 1:04 pm)I was looking for a divorce lawyer because I wanted custody of my kids. As a father of three it just wasn't a common thing in Texas so I had alot of fears and concerns. Ruby and I began sharing the details of my life. Ruby really gained my confidence and we pressed on with the process. I received custody, child support and half the fees required to pay for medical insurance for the kids. More importantly I had control of my kids future. My advice to someone considering the Bolton Law firm would be do not over look them. My story alone is proof of their accomplishments. Other lawyers I had consulted with were just selling me a dream. I found Ruby Bolton on line and had very good reviews. I went for the consultation to see what are my options and hired her. I had done a little bit of the leg work negotiating with my ex and Ruby assisted me on writing the divorce decree and got my freedom in 3 months.
My experience with her and her staff was so pleasant that I highly recommend her office.
