  Wow! These people not only did a really good job repairing the body damage to my vehicle, making my vehicle look brand new again, but they went even further by washing, cleaning, and detailing both the exterior AND the interior. True quality workmanship as well as above and beyond customer service. I like these guys, for they remind me of the "good old days" when a business purposed to do excellent work as well as provide excellent customer service.

  The definition of "Unique" is; "being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else" and like the name, Unique Collision implies in my book has staked the ground to be on of a kind. I am from the automotive industry and have been for my entire professional career. Back in the day, the type of service Unique Collision has delivered to me, and my family was somewhat of a status quo so to speak. In other words, there was a larger population of businesses that would go outside of their element to provide reliable customer service beyond a labor guide. Today, the type of service most of us have evolved to accept is as much as the dollar bill can extend. You get what you pay for nothing more or nothing less.
  
  Unique Collision has shattered that perception and taken us back to real customer service. Our vehicle was damaged by a driver pulling a landscaping trailer. While we wait for their insurance to complete their investigation, our personal coverage stepped up and recommended Unique Collision to me. I will admit I was leery because like I said I am from the industry and know collision chains. I had never heard of Unique Collision, but the adjuster ensured me that I would be pleasantly surprised with their service. My son picked up the vehicle, and he was astonished by the outcome. He called me and said, dad, the Nitro looks new again. I chucked it off as okay they not only fixed the front right fender but maybe they polished it. He was right the vehicle is beyond my expectations.
  
  One hiccup I will share if Unique Collision reads this message. Please improve on your follow up. I left messages, and the lady who answered my call said she would follow up with me to provide me an update. No word I had to call back repeatedly to get an update. I am not griping I am merely providing feedback. Unique Collision delivered the product nonetheless making up for lack of follow up calls. I highly recommend this facility for any collision repairs. You do not know me but you can mark my word, you will not be disappointed if they continue this "Unique" service type.

  After an accident my car was taken here to be repaired. From start to finish, this place had immaculate customer service and incredible care for their clients. Repairs took much shorter than expected and I was able to pick my car up with no issues. To my shock, they even went as far as to clean my entire car out inside and it looks brand new, and repairs were so well done, thank you guys! This will be my go to place for any and all repairs. Thank you Unique Collision for the best service and experience I’ve ever had! Keep up the good work. The manager Robert deserves a huge raise for his 10/10 service and just being at the door to greet people and show his care.

  Amazing place! If you need your car fixed, bring it here!!! Super professional! Super friendly! One of the best shops ever!!! They live my car like new!!! Staff are incredible!!!! The Shop Manager Robert is on top of every detail! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you guys for your help, honestly and impeccable work and service!
