  Just walked out of this store. Stood in line behind probably 7 or 8 customers while one young girl at the register worked hard to keep things moving. Bless her heart she looked a little overwhelmed.
  Meanwhile 3 other older employees stand behing the counter ignoring the line. They get a 5 star review from me because the manager suddenly appeared, looked at the line and said to the other employees "you all wanna get on those registers and ask a customer to step up to the counter or what!?" Then there were 4 employees ringing up customers looking VERY uncomfortable. ????????
  Thats the first time in 20 yrs out here that Ive seen that. Mr store manager you rock.

  Had a restful night here in my motorhome on Dec. 23 as I passed through the area on my way to CA. Also had great help from their tire employee, Isaiah, whom I asked to check the air pressure in my tires. The air pressure was fine, but in checking my tires Isaiah pointed out I had a serious safety issue with the front tires which indicated I needed an alignment (the inside 3-4 inches of tread was bald, even though the tires were just over a year old!). He suggested at the very least I should get the two front tires rotated to the inside back duallies to prevent a blow-out in the front until I could get an alignment & 2 new tires. Love’s couldn’t do the rotation (apparently they only work on big-rig trucks, fair enough), I was lucky enough to find a fantastic tire shop about 8 miles away in Waller (Bill’s Tire Company - highly recommend!) who did the rotation no problem. Anyway, thanks to Isaiah I was spared a potential catastrophe on the highway and wanted to say thanks again!

  This morning Ms. Karen saved our day. She came up to do our Comdata when the other employee didn't even bother trying. I am very grateful that she stopped what she was in the middle of to help us. I think if you work at a Truck stop where that is a frequent task you should be trained and know how to complete these tasks. As well as management stop and help and not ignore an employee asking for said help.
