  Dr. LeBlanc is amazingly kind and competent. I never feel rushed during my appointments with her for either routine care or during my past pregnancies, for prenatal care. When one of my pregnancies ended with a miscarriage last summer, she was my advocate and so very compassionate throughout that whole time. I am always treated with friendly and competent service by her entire staff - front desk staff, nurses, and in-house phlebotomist alike. I've always appreciated that I could call her nurse line and even if I had to leave a message, I would receive a prompt call back about my concerns or questions. That's pretty unique for a doctor's office these days. I'm grateful that I've always been treated like a person and not just a number at this practice. Highly recommend this office and Dr. LeBlanc!

  I love Dr. Leblanc and Amanda Robertson, but the front desk staff is kind of terrible. the front desk staff is the only complaint i have about this place. To get specific, there are 2 front desk ladies there that always have an attitude and try to rush you away so they can go back to gossiping. Almost every time i have come here, i have heard crissy (the finance lady) bad mouthing patients that frustrate her, and i can hear all of this from the waiting room. its super unprofessional and Crissy is lacking patience and customer service skills. Crissy waited until i was 8 months along in my first pregnancy to tell me that i owed almost 2,000 to the OB for delivery fees and she wanted it within 3 payments....that is insane. All other OBGYN offices let their patients know way ahead of time that there will be this fee, and give them several months to pay it off. When i told Crissy this was not acceptable, and asked why she had waited until now to tell me this, she had no answer and no apology. She obviously forgot about me and was trying to play catch-up. during this conversation she was also trying to rush me out and not explain things to me thoroughly and spoke to me like i was stupid, which i didn't appreciate at all, being that this is my first pregnancy. i over hear her phone calls to other patients while im having blood drawn and she is pretty rude. I am not sure why none of the staff confront or correct her behavior.
  i also dont like how none of the front desk ladies are on the same page when it comes to collecting payment for visits. one lady tells me i owe nothing yet and will be billed via the online portal, while another tells me "oh you are always supposed to pay before you walk out but sometimes we forget" what kind of unorganized BS is that?
  
  when i told the front desk lady i needed paperwork filled out for human resources (FMLA) i was told it would take an entire week to get one piece of paper signed...front desk lady then hands me papers for ME to fill out and was trying so hard to rush me away that i literally understood nothing she said. she was not helpful at all.
  
  Then around 8 1/2 months i was seeing spots in my eye and elevated blood pressure, called the nurse there who said to come in and get checked and that they would work me in. i show up and explain to the front desk lady why i was there and that i was told i would be worked in between appointments and she acted like it was a big huge inconvenience and made a big deal about it. that is not how you respond to a patient who is having a potential complication. turns out i did have high blood pressure and was sent home from work by the doctor.
  
  even when i came in for my glucose test, which i have never done before, front desk ladies were rushing me and didn't explain it clearly, and that is a pretty important test. when i asked her to clarify, she got an attitude.
  
  several times when i came in to have my ultra sound done, the ultra sound lady was upset that the front desk ladies didn't have me fill out or sign the appropriate paper needed for her to begin the ultra sound.
  
  so you can see how unorganized the front desk is, it totally ruins the customer's experience. Ive observed the front desk acting like this with other patients as well.
  
  Every time i come here, its the same issues with the front desk ladies....attitude, rushing me away, unorganized, its so frustrating. If it weren't for Dr. Leblanc being so great, i would have left this office early on during my pregnancy.
  
  Dr. Leblanc is so caring and all around great and attentive to your concerns and needs. The 2 women that take you back to the room and take your blood pressure and test your urine are great, they are so sweet. also the lady who draws your blood is so kind as well.
  its only crissy and the other 2 front desk ladies that are completely terrible and people hate dealing with them.

  I have been a patient for 5 years. I love the staff, Dr LeBlanc and Amanda Robertson as well.

  I visited with the PA, DR. Robertson (im just a yearly check up patient not a pregnancy patient) The wait was not horrific and the office staff was beyond amazing and professional. DR. Robertson is courteous and knowledgeable. the ladies in this office really make you feel at home -- and for an OB GYN office you know how important that is. Thank you all for your everything!
