(February 15, 2019, 2:14 pm)My doctor uses this facility to do endoscopies and colonoscopies. As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting by the front desk associates. I signed in about 25 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately sat down with an associate who went over the paper work and billing. She was very friendly and courteous. She also gave me the WiFi information, as cell service wasn’t very great inside the building. After she took my payment, I had a seat in the waiting room area. Once I was taken back, all of the nurses and assistants I encountered were very caring, friendly, funny, and attentive. You could definitely tell the associates loved their jobs. They made me feel very comfortable and it helped ease my anxiety. There was also classic rock playing while I waited for my procedure. I definitely enjoyed listening to The Beatles and Fleetwood Mac while I was laying down in a bed with an IV attached. After waking up from my procedure, the associate who helped me made me laugh, offered me a beverage, and took great care of me. I even received a courtesy call the next day to make sure I was doing well. Even though I was incredibly nervous about my procedure, everyone did such a good job at easing my anxieties and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I don’t think I’ve ever visited a hospital or doctors office that had so many pleasant and upbeat employees. Keep up the great work!
