Supreme Hardwood Floors

We had visited many (many) flooring stores, none could match our existing floors which is what we expected. Supreme, however, went the extra mile and sought out a suitable vinyl flooring. They were entirely successful and the only business that did go out of their way to assist us. Al/Holli presented and executed on everything they offered us. The install crew prepped the existing floors, wrapped up materials with plastic and completely cleaned before they left! The install team was in and out of here in two days to include new sub floors in four rooms. We are Supreme ly Happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My floors were damaged in the living room due to a water issue from the chimney and buckled. Therefore, I had to repair the damaged red oak hardwood planks and re-sand / re-finish the floors in my condo. Since I had to move everything out, I wanted to select a lighter color to brighten up the space. Al was able to create a white oak hardwood floor appearance with nature seal that looks beautiful! The re-finished floors are lighter and just what I wanted to give the condo a more modern open look. Thank you Al!

This is the third house that Supreme Hardwood Floors has helped us with - we are so lucky to have them in our city! Each house they have done has been very different but whatever the request and whatever the challenge they rise to the occasion and stamp the floor and our house with their artistic flair and their incredible depth of knowledge about their products. What can we say: Al and his crew are masters at wood floors. They completely transformed our house, well beyond our expectations. They replaced the floors throughout the house and rebuilt two staircases. When we started, we weren’t sure what wood or finish to use. Al listened to us and helped us to choose the right wood and finish to achieve the look we wanted. His knowledge of the materials and processes are first-class, and his recommendations were spot-on. But most of all, we are truly impressed by his craftmanship and commitment to doing a job right.

The project was long and had many steps, as were refurbishing the entire house. Al and Holly worked closely with us on scheduling, and they handled everything associated with the floors: furniture moving, demo of the old flooring, dumpsters, and of course installation and finishing the floors.

Al has very high expectations of the final look and quality of his work. Our floors and stairs turned out flawless. He truly is a master craftsman. It is a big investment when installing high quality wood floors, and we are glad we had Al as part of that investment.

From beginning to end this was the best experience with a contractor I’ve had to date. We decided to redo all flooring while living 1700 miles away. On the front end, Holly went over the top helping my wife and I select the right hardwood and finish for us. Al came in from there and to say he went above and beyond would be a wild understatement. From coordinating with other trades, to keeping me well informed, and even making special trips to the home to help with any odds and ends outside of the scope of his work shows the pride he and Holly take in what they do.
