My favorite part of working with Stacy is her attentiveness. Recently buying a home in south Austin, Stacy became my home-buying Sherpa. I had plenty of questions leading up to the closing, but Stacy not only knows her material, she was readily available and flexible to fit my schedule. She tactfully helped me negotiate with the seller to send the listing price down considerably. She saved me a lot of money and a lot of worry holding my hand the whole way through.
Hard working realtors are extremely hard to find and that's what we found when we found Stacy McFarland. When we put it on the market with Stacy, she went over and beyond working with us daily on making changes to our home that would appeal more to buyers. She stayed on top of the inspections, the title company, and the buyers to make sure everything was being taken care of. I was so impressed.
