I went in for what I now know is a more minor skin condition--But even so, Dr. Jack was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in layman's terms what the condition was and validated what I had/was experiencing and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated his promptness. The other staff in the office were also welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend his services/offices to others and will be back if necessary.

Courtney (PA) was great. After introducing herself and her assistant, she gave me an overview of what to expect during the appointment. She was very vocal through the appointment, explaining to me what she was doing and why. I was there for a full-body/mole check and it was nice to get that play by play versus being poked and prodded while in a gown. I live in Austin, but this was worth the short drive.

I had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Jack and his staff. I'm new to the area and randomly found this dermatology office without any prior knowledge of what it was like and I have to say I was impressed. They were very efficient and on time. Dr. Jack clearly explained everything and was patient with my questions. I'll definitely return and highly recommend.

The doctor and staff work well together, making it a pleasant experience. My questions were answered and my concerns handled in a professional and caring way. Dr. Jack's calm, matter-of-fact demeanor helped me to feel more comfortable which in turn meant I got the most out of my office visit. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Dr. Jack and his office to anyone with dermatology needs.

Intelligently enforced Personal Protective measures. Everyone very friendly and pleasant. On time appointment and extremely efficient service. Highly recommended. Three additional visits and each was a better experience than the last! A really outstanding medical provider.
