She didn't bat an eye when we decided to back out on our first choice after the inspection, and she was even able to get our earnest many back. Mr. James Walker is awesome! He's one of the hardest working men I know. Whether he's helping a client find the perfect location for their needs or giving professional advice to others. I recommended him to my boyfriend who was looking for an apartment that would accommodate his grandmother who was supposed to be moving to TX from out of state and had specific needs. Although there's been a temporary hold on the need for the apartment I know that I will use Mr. Walker in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone else needing an excellent realtor professional. He's knowledgeable, resourceful, and never pushy.
