We are relocating to the Austin area from Dallas and we needed somebody who can guide us through the crazy market in Austin.
A friend recommended we go with Mitchell Classen and we were glad we did.
Mitchell arranged the viewings we asking him to work on right away, printed cost analysis and showed us comps the same day.
When we arrived at the first home (we ended up buying it also), he was already there and has already inspected the home and chatted with the neighbors to try and evaluate the property and surroundings.
He listened to our needs and requests, suggested changes when needed and we were able to negotiate the contract the same day.
He stayed late with me and ironed the contractual details until 11pm that night and was in constant contact with the seller's realtor to make sure all our needs are addressed and everybody is happy and ready to shake hands.
Throughout the closing process he helped with resources and suggestions ranging from inspectors for the property, making sure the loan process was moving alone, even offering to help with moving over the utilities!
We have closed about 35 days after signing the contract and we cannot be more happy about the entire process.
He have gained not just a realtor for life, because we will be sure to use him again, but also a good friend!
