This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and caring! Very professional! They made me feel so welcomed! From the front desk to the doctor! Such a clean place. I loved the follow up call! My daughter had an accident and needed stitches on her leg. I called to before hand to get an idea of the cost. (Very reasonable) They met my daughter at the door with a wheelchair so she didn't have to walk. So awesome. In and out within 30 minutes! Everyone from desk, nurse and doctor were so friendly with my girl! Thank you staff! Highly recommend this place!!!

Well from the time I arrived to the time I left the staff were very receptive and courteous and Professional. The facility is very clean. The ER doctor on duty even have me a follow up call to see how I was doing. I had went in for a splinter in the palm that was embedded deep into the meat. The doctor tried to extract it but was unable because he didn't want to cause more harm than what was done already. He referred me to a hand specialist to see if they can extract it. I will definitely go back to this facility if I need to go to a 24/7 Minor Emergency Service. Thank you to the staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing non-life threatening medical care.

Genuinely nice people providing very good care and service. The only gripe I would say (and this goes for pretty much all providers) is they do not tell you what the flat fee is for the visit until after you fill out all the paperwork and give them your insurance info. It was $75 at the time of my visit, but just would have been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise, happy with the visit and far superior to Austin Regional Clinic.

The staff was amazing, they made us feel welcome and cared for. They went out of their way to make up feel comfortable and like people not just another sick person. The doctor even can it to talk to and examine us before making his diagnosis. It was a lot faster then I expected! Hands down best experience ever!
