Master George and Sifu Terry are amazing instructors that have become like family to us, and Shaolin Do Kung Fu is a truly special art! We have lots of fun but also learn discipline, self defense, and ancient martial arts forms that help to train are bodies and minds.
On Monday and Wednesday they have kids class at 6:00 and adult classes from 7- 8:30. Fridays are Tai Chi from 7- 8:30, which is different from any martial art you could imagine. It is a beautiful thing!
Whether you just want to get in shape, learn to defend yourself, or find a beautiful community, Shaolin Do Kung Fu of San Marcos is a great fit!
