Quality Floors and More in San Marcos is a top notch place to buy flooring and tile. I bought luxury vinyl plank for my entire home. I had never used vinyl before, but Brandon at Quality helped me decide what type to buy and then stored it for me for weeks until my remodel was ready for flooring. I can’t say enough about his excellent installers. They performed this service as true craftsmen. I love my floor! Quality will treat you as if they were preparing a home for one of their family members. This has been a wonderful experience.

Great flooring store, very good products. Salesman Troy Preston was very helpful and patient—knows his stuff. Even came out and inspected the floor after installation. Installers were excellent too—very good workers. They were professional, fast and cleaned up nicely.

We had the most pleasant experience in the store!!! Troy was our salesman & he is AWESOME!!! He was with us through the whole process & kept us in the loop on the arrival of our tile. The best crew installed our kitchen backsplash, so nice & friendly!! Once again Troy came by to ensure the job was going as expected. All good things to say about this company!!!

Grateful to Brian who got the process started.. Ray has been amazingly patient throughout my long flooring process. I am grateful for his and the rest of the staffs willingness to work and rework estimates/ ideas with me. The floors turned out beautifully and I am very happy with them. The installers were kind and professional. Things were a bit delayed and there were a few things left untidy but overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and communication of the staff. Would definitely recommend them.

We love our floors! Ray Martinez was our salesman, excellent advisor and coordinator. He assisted us masterfully in selection and installation. Ray came by our home 3 times during installation to make sure we were happy with the job and we were!
Francisco installed our ceramic tile in the entryway. He designed a gorgeous pattern and we could not be happier. Omar is the craftsman who laid our vinyl planks with precision. It is perfect.
The job was quicker than expected. No mess or dirt was left behind, not even any dust from taking out the old tile.
I would use Quality Floors for any future jobs and recommend them highly.
