  I believe I have been a state-farm customer since 2020 if not before. I have never been more happy with an insurance company than I a with State-Farm, Mrs. Vanessa Rivas is my main contact, she is amazing, always taking the time to speak with me to have understand my policy, helping me save, which we all love to save money! Mrs. Angela Parker, Such a wonderful and understanding person as well, They both made my last situation possible, they both went above and beyond for me and my family to get coverage. I truly recommend calling these ladies to get a new quote. or switching over to State-Farm if you haven't already.

  This specific State Farm branch has represented me for the last three years for both my home and my auto insurance. My representative , Jennifer, excels in her efforts not only as an insurance agent, but also her generous offers to personally assist in anyway she can, with tasks above and beyond the standard duties of an insurance agent. She is quick to offer help find solutions to the needs of her clients, I believe a divine intervention directed me to this particular insurance office.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency. All the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. My agent, Jennifer Mull was so caring and kind as she assisted me with my move from SC to TX, handling my account transfer. She really cared about me as an individual rather than just a policy.

  Angela Wards office is amazing to work with.
  Jennifer has always done an incredible job at getting the best price and problem solving any issues that come up. Always available whenever to get all of our insurance needs met.

  Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have chosen Angela Parker as my agent, great customer service has always been there with Vanessa and Alexis, they are always there to help. Angela and Jennifer were of great support just a month ago when my apartment caught on fire and we lost everything we had. Angela called me as soon as she found out about the incident even though she was out of town and contacted Jennifer who went out of her way to help us. She drove all the way to where I was staying to bring the help we needed. Thank you all, you are all amazing and a great team!
