GRANBURY TIRE & SERVICE

All 3 of our vehicles have had service or repairs done at Granbury Tire and Service over the last several years. We are always satisfied with the outcome, quality of service, efficiency and professionals here. It's nice to know we have their reliable service when needed.

Service was great. I was greeted promptly, and my car was taken within 15 minutes for the state inspection. The price was great and waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

Came in at 8 AM unannounced on a Saturday morning with a plethora of issues with my front end. Needed extensive parts and repairs. They got right on it, diagnosed multiple problems, ordered parts and fixed the problems all on the same day. Even had time to put new tires and rear shocks on the car as well. They did not price gouge me and were very forthcoming. These guys went above and beyond which is hard to find these days. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

100/10 these guys went above and beyond for sure. I have a very small window before work to do anything during the day which is 1 hour ever weekday. I work during everyone else’s business hours and miss most chances to get things handled. I went to another local business that opens at 7am just to find a note on their door taped saying inspections do not start until 9a therefore I called the next open place to be informed that yes they are open but won’t start inspections until 10a. Which tightened my window to non existent until I found these folks. 15 minutes before open they answered my call they restored my faith in humanity because when they state their open online it means the literal truth and not well partially. I was there within minutes. They opened their doors and they truly earned my business for life. This truck is my late step dads and I got it from him before he passed and it’s got a some things needing done. In the punctual time it took to do the inspection I was educated and treated like a person and I will not go anywhere else. That is best customer service in auto I have ever had and walked out in under 10 bucks. You got some great guys there!!

I went in for a front end alignment on my car and even though I had to spend a little more money to get my alignment done, I have two new tires on the front and my car drives like a gem! Thank you Zack and the three mechanics that I spoke with! y'all were so helpful and informative, patent, and very professional . I will be back and we'll recommend y'all to everybody that needs any kind of Automotive Repair or tires done! thanks so much guys. Ya'll were awesome! Kimberly
