Building a new home with Steve Bumpas and referred here for our hardware. Ken Moore was extremely pleasant and professional and took good care of us. Was patient and took time to listen to our ideas and made great suggestions. Would highly recommend him.

Not only did they go out of their way to get us a new deadbolt- they provided all the info we needed to get it installed correctly and quite honestly, were just absolutely amazing. I bought door hardware that requires a code to lock and unlock the door. The customer service was excellent and the lock works perfectly. I am in the process of purchasing cabinet hardware for my newly renovated kitchen Rick's have been very helpful through this process. The hardware is heavy duty but at a great price.
