Kyle Woods - State Farm Insurance Agent

Kyle Woods and Matt Wheeler are superior agents. I’ve been with State Farm for many years, and I’ve been with several different agents as I moved from one city to another.
But when I moved to Granbury, Texas from Abilene, Texas in 2015, I was immediately struck by the level of personal attention these two men offered.
Kyle’s name is on the sign, yes, but talking to Matt on the phone is absolutely the same quality of service. Any time I have a question or a problem, it doesn’t matter who answers the phone…I know they are going to take care of my issue.
If you’re like me, you need more than “drive through” service. You need personal service from agents that know your name. That’s what you will get when you call Kyle Woods and Matt Wheeler. I will never change agencies.

Matt at Kyle Woods State Farm is super personable, not annoying like most agents and set me up with Full coverage and renters insurance for LESS than I was paying Liability alone at Geico. Looking for auto insurance is quite tiring. Once you give one company your information, you are generally bombarded with calls. Matt from State Farm actually sent me an email with a quote, which i appreciated way more than the calls. He actually asked for my permission to call which I thought was very courteous. While on the phone, he gave me amazing information and was able to get me more insurance that I had at about $100 less. It was simple and took a big stress off of me. It literally took minutes.
