Marco Campos and John Simmons did an excellent job... arriving on time, explaining how they were going to address the problem, solving the problem quickly and doing so without making a mess. They protected my floors, were very courteous and professional and used state-of-art equipment in identifying and solving my problem. Mark, the GM, is running a first class operation and his pricing is very competitive. I will definitely use BlueFrog Plumbing of NE Dallas again and will not hesitate in recommending them to my family and friends.

(August 4, 2022, 3:09 pm)On Monday, our AC went out and water heater started leaking from all areas at the same time. I called Blue Frog in a panic after being referred by several people in the neighborhood, including Mark Oswalt. Gigi answered the phone and she was so kind, informative, and answered my many questions! She originally gave me a 4-5 window, then texted me shortly after with an even earlier one! I relayed the info to my husband who met the plumbers on site. They were quick and professional with their work. Overall, we are very pleased with Blue Frog and will now join the long list of people that refer them in our neighborhood!

I appreciate an honest and reputable company when dealing with plumbing issues. The technicians were extremely nice, and worked very diligently. We will continue to be loyal customers of Bluefrog plumbing.

(March 2, 2021, 8:59 am)Bluefrog Plumbing is amazing! Last week due to the storm we had 5 separate leaks. Our techs were Marco and Charles. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They were there 2.5 hours, located and repaired all 5 leaks and answered all of our questions. Bluefrog charged their regular rate, no price gouging with this company. They now have a customer for life!
