I’m very pleased the the job Platinum Collision did to repair my bumper after someone ran into my brand new car. They had my car repaired and back to be within 9 days looking as brand new as the day I bought it. Megan and Shelby were so nice and very easy to work with.

They got our car in so fast!! Everywhere else we called was booked out like 8 weeks. I dropped my car off the same day I called them and had insurance send them the claim!! We had a cracked windshield and a cracked AC condenser causing the car to be hot and I’m very pregnant right now with a toddler so we definitely needed that AC (🥵). Megan at the front when you walk in was so personable and sweet, you could tell she really did care! I didn’t get to meet the service guys but they fixed my car so quick I have no doubt they’re just as awesome! We also got to meet Ken-super nice guy, walked us out to our car and made sure we were satisfied! Our car was not only repaired but it was vacuumed and washed, it looked so nice! We will never go anywhere else for collision repair, the service was amazing here! When the parts for my car didn’t come in on time THEY DROVE TO GET THEM to make sure everything was done ON TIME! We couldn’t be happier!
