My wife and I were able to negotiate everything 100% over the phone or by email and not have to spend half a day waiting. When we arrived to dealership we were greeted promptly and everyone there was knowledgeable and directed my wife and I as needed. There were a few bumps along the way but were smoothed out with minimal efforts. Check these people out they are on the up and up, good experience for my wife and I, had to drive a few miles but we were treated as neighbors when we got to dealership. Definitely recommend and will be first call for the next vehicle.

Was able to make an appointment easily enough. Had to wait a week to make sure a loaner was available. But, when I arrived they got all the paperwork done quickly, had a loaner ready and everything was set. They had the repairs co.pleted within 48 hours. And Garrett made sure I was informed the whole way through. Very happy all around.

Let’s just say the process was seamless! Came in to test drive the car and see if I liked it. I ended up buying a brand new Yukon! The credit goes to Jordan. Jordan was so knowledgeable and what he didn’t know he found out. He was also very attentive and understanding to what I needed. Jordan was courteous and friendly but not pushy and didn’t give me fake salesman vibes. That meant a lot because overly pushy salesman are a dealbreaker to me.

Jordan made sure I was taken care of doing the whole process. I was offered a fair price in my trade in which is key. I was in and out in about 2 hours!!! No dealership red flags or anything that would make me suspicious. An overall great experience !! I will be back for another purchase. Jordan had a customer for life !!
