  The receptionist is wonderful, and William Mast FNP-C was so awesome. He is very thorough and began addressing my needs immediately. His nurse assistant was so nice and also very thorough. I had several growths removed and other spots treated. After 8 years of neglect by the VA, this dermatologist facility started helping me with professionalism and genuine caring. I am actually excited about my next appointment and continuing care.

  Dr. A and his team have been absolutely phenomenal with communication after my mole excisions. I ended up having some pretty bad pain with my second mole excision on my leg and Dr A and his nurse Sierra were quick to treat and explain to me what was causing the pain and clearly instructed on what to do. They have called and checked in on me daily to make sure I’m okay. I’m very happy with their level of care. During the procedure both nurses were very thoughtful with me as well knowing I have very high anxiety they were extra thoughtful and did everything they could to ease my fears. The only reason for the 4 star is because of lack of communication about results when I first went for the exam. They took some of the mole to send off for biopsy and I had no idea what my results were until I called a month later and then they told me they were severely dysplastic and would need a full excision. This part was not through Dr A or his team it was through a different provider at the same location. I should never have had to call them to find out my results especially with the risk of melanoma.

  My husband and I have been patients of PA Heather Capps for over 5 years. We love her! Our exams are always thoroughly done and she spends as much time with us as we need. Also, an added plus, she has a great personality!

  Very pleased with the care from Heather Capps over the years, she has been the friendliest and happiest medical professionals that I've been to. I have never had an issue with her or any of the staff. All are caring, professional yet easy going, and truly seem to love what they do.
