  This place is by far amazing. While some complications has caused us to leave this month sometimes life gets in the way. We WILL be back though. They treat all their residents like family. The area may not have the best reputation but Jessica is working so hard with the owner to turn that reputation around. Their little slice of heaven is amazing. I love that i can trust my kids to go play and know that everyone in the area keeps an eye out for the kids in the park. They are really a no drama zone and i have absolutely loved living here. I cant wait to be back once our camper is fixed up. Its truly as close to heaven you can get. Right on the water with lake access as well with a beautiful dock. 10 out of 10 recommend.

  Just relocated from Dallas and stumbled Across this gem while googling rv parks close to Dallas. Due to the city being outrageous in price and pretty crammed rv parks I decided that I wanted to move a comfortable distance away from Dallas. This place is beautiful! It looks like the owner is making renovations and the things they’ve done so far look great! The lake is steps away from your front door. There’s a dock that you can fish off of and a boat launching ramp. Although I don’t own a boat I look forward to fishing!

  I have been waiting since the new owner took over for them to reopen. As soon as they did I was one if the first ones over. I love view of Lake Tawakon and the management team is easy to get along with. Probably the best RV Park near Quinlan.

  This is a brand new RV Park with a waterfront view. RL Waters Edge picked a great spot, just south of Quinlan off FM 751, on Lake Tawakoni. There is plenty room for our 5th wheel and two vehicles. We will be here for a while.

  One of the best RV Parks I have been to. The view of Lake Tawokoni is beautiful, the tenants & owners are easy to get along with and located the best area for catfishing on the entire lake. Good prices, good location, good people, We will return!
