Royse City Rv Park and Tiny Home Community

Looking for a low cost place to RV for a short while, this works.
The sites are very narrow and not level. (we couldn't open our awning)
The owner is very nice and accommodating.
Laundry facilities are clean.
Off the beaten path, no highway noise.
Would stay here again.

This place is first class all the way. I’ve been out here 3 months now, and I’ve never been treated more like family, than I have here. If you’re looking for a quiet place that has all the amenities, this is the place for you. Love it here.

My husband and I spent 2months here. The owners take pride in the appearance and upkeep of the park, one even waters all the flowers and plants every Sunday! The residents here were all welcoming and friendly. The laundry room and showers are beautiful. This park is in the country and we even had a peacock at our front door most mornings. There is a kiddie park, fire pit surrounded by beautiful teal chairs and a dog run. There was a Holloween BBQ,hay ride and trick or treating for the kids. We will return again. Please try them out.

Fantastic experience. Its apparent that the owners take great pride in the parks appearance and atmosphere of the park. Kind & friendly interactions. Family Friendly. Clean restrooms and showers, laundry room. Great place to camp and get away from the city!
