(June 8, 2023, 7:06 pm)This park is nice with a helpful owner. Very quiet and tucked away. It is a new park so he is getting it fixed up. Wifi is good and fast, and has a laundry room. Will definitely stay again when in Alice tx.

(May 16, 2023, 12:22 pm)This rv park is brand new and one of the best places I've stayed at. Kent is a awesome host and willing to give you a hand if you need help with anything. They have the best interned I have ever had out of a rv park. The lots offer a great amount of room, you are not on top of your neighbors. They have laundry facilities on property also.
