I ordered parts to rebuild my Benjamin Pump for my air rifle and after I got the part I decided I wasn't qualified to do it. I sent my pump to them to rebuild for me. Although the pump was technically past the warranty they rebuilt the pump and sent it back to me asap. They charged me nothing for the rebuild and didn't even charge me shipping! I had originally paid a few bucks for the rebuild kit, and about 20 bucks for a moisture control part and that was the extent of what I paid. I talked to customer service and they were the nicest people I have EVER dealt with. They are a small company but do a great job. I would buy any product I need from them. Gary Whipple, Illinois

Have rec'd great customer service re: the pump I purchased from them for my PCP air rifle. Twice I had to send it in, once out of warranty. They took care of me readily. Highly recommend them.
