Elk Creek has been absolutely wonderful for mom. The staff is awesome not only is she well taken care, but they show her love and attention. The staff are so friendly, they keep everything clean and neat. There is a feel of home with a touch of elegance. We would recommend you put this at the top of your list when you are looking for a place for your loved one in the Johnson county area. 💞

As I’ve gotten the chance to meet and interact with the staff at Elk Creek, I can assure you there is no better facility for your loved one to call home! Civitas has an extremely high standard of excellence for their employees, and all of the staff here at Elk Creek go above and beyond! Mrs. Rosemary is amazing when it comes to clinical care and ensuring all of the residents needs are met! Mrs. Trish does a great job at planning lots of fun and heartfelt activities for the residents. Mrs. Kaley is a sweet smiling face that is always happy to greet you when you come in to her office, and show you around their top notch facility! Lastly, of course none of it would be possible without their leader Mrs. Shelly who does an excellent job at overseeing it all!

We came in for some information about Elk Creek. It was our 3rd place to stop at but the first that was actually helpful. Lexi did an amazing job at giving us all the information she knew and doing the tour. We are so glad that Lexi was able to help as much as she did! Lexi was great!!

Elk Creek in Burleson has been FANTASTIC to my grandparents.

My grandpa often comments how they love him and grandma so much! (And sometimes he can be a real booger!)

The staff is always friendly and smiling when we come to visit, and Trish, the activities director, was so great helping me plan a 72nd Anniversary celebration for them. She was as excited as I was! We are so thankful to have such a great place for them to be. Thank you, Elk Creek!

I can’t say enough about how much I love this community. When we started considering the next stage of housing for our parents, we were so impressed with what we saw. My parents are happy, safe, and living in a community with people who care. I can’t begin to tell you the many ways that care and love has been demonstrated to them over the few years they have lived there. We are beyond thankful we found this community.
