$1200 for an EKG monitor for 2 days is insane. I asked my doctor how much it would be and they said my insurance would cover it, so I was surprised to get a bill for almost $350. I could have purchased a monitor to keep that does exactly the same thing for less than that.
EDITED: Company resolved issues and made sure I was taken care of and responded to my questions/concerns. They were fair and easy to work with and I appreciate them taking the time to reach out to me to make it right. Great customer service!
This company is amazing, I am disabled and live on a fixed income. They helped me put on my heart monitor and walked me through how to use it. I told them it would take a few days for me to return it to them and they came to me and picked it up at my home the day I finished. I did question the bill, I thought my insurance would cover the costs but I confirmed with my insurance I did have to pay some out of pocket. Precision was great and allowed me to pay $50 per month on a payment plan. My physicans changed my medications because of the results of my heart and I am feeling better. God Bless You!
