Rented a lot in their RV park. Never any problems, and they leave you alone. Very quiet.

Joe and the staff here are really good people. I became a home owner in 2019 after buying my first house through them. Joe & his team made the buying process very easy and smooth and the houses come with the land so no lot fees!!! Relocated so I had to move, but I wouldn't hesitate to go through them again if I ever moved back to Cleburne. The qualifying process is super easy!!! Oh and can't forget about Dee & Cindy, exceptional service and attitude every time I called to make a payment. Thank you guys for all you have done for me and my family.
