Sundance Recycling

Just a one night trip, but hotel was clean, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Service was excellent.

So, we booked online due to the super nice architecture of the building, after pulling up found that it's just a standard Fairfield inn and Suites, totally typical nothing fancy, little bit of false advertising there. However after going inside and checking in with Colin at the front desk, all started to go good, he was super nice and helped out a lot. After going up to our room #315 found it not only to be really nice and large but super clean with all amenities one of the nicest places we have stayed in, after just driving across the entire country.

All in all, started out a little disappointed, ended up being elated with the place.

Exceeded expectations!! The lovely smell is so welcoming. It sets the level of cleanliness you can expect throughout the hotel. Elevator was nice & clean. Upon reaching our floor there were two housekeeping carts on the floor, always a great sign! Our room was nice & cold & CLEAN! We attempted 2 other hotels our time in Columbus before arriving here & were so very pleased to be able to sleep in peace once we arrived here. Thank you! Staff at front desk was incredibly helpful & friendly too

The hotel is clean and the rooms are great but there is one thing I hate. Breakfast is supposed to be ready at 6:30. Depending on who is getting it ready sometime it's not ready until 6:50. I hafto leave the hotel to get to work at 6:50 and don't get breakfast. That's my only problem with this hotel. If they fix the problem of having breakfast ready, I will delete this review and give them 5 star's.
